Who We Are
Hi! My name is Murph.
I’ve been a software developer for the last 6+ years building custom websites and enrollment applications for schools in the adult career transformation space. I now want to shift my help earlier in the education journey to PreK-12 schools.
A functioning, attractive website and efficient enrollment funnel are school necessities. So many school websites I see today are archaic and causing more administrative burden instead of less. They are a distraction from the real value you schools provide.
As of 2023, this is a new project with a human head-count of just one. However, the number of tools available to simplify the website build and automation process is incredible. Tools keep cost and build time low. Tools + Me = We
I started this project to have a high impact on schools who need it. I’m here to polish the front door while you do the real work inside. Let’s get started!

There are so many options that are reliable, powerful, and manageable. We’ll use others if I need to. In full honesty, Wordpress isn’t our favorite but we know it well. We also build fully custom websites but it’s very unlikely you will need one for your main school website.

These tools crush manual work if they are setup right. Many of them are free, reliable, and intuitive to operate. We pick what makes sense for your scale. You should really never have anyone filling out a paper form ever.

AI Tools
I subscribe to various artificial intelligence platforms like Copy.AI, Writesonic, Booth.AI, and OpenAI that can upgrade your copy, imagery, and design instantly. These tools are ultra powerful and get around the need to hire various staff roles to build your new site. There are new tools launching daily.

CRMs
There is a lot of custom school CRM software. Many of these have a lot extra in them you don’t need and are $$$$. I can build within your existing setup or set you up from scratch. A lot of people have CRM nightmares but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Comms Automation
You can do so much for free here. You can even have AI write your email newsletters or blogs for you. Emails can look great for very little effort or cost. Chatbots can be hugely powerful if you train them correctly.

The size of your school and the payment schedules you offer matter hugely here. Large systems like Blackbaud are powerful but only start to make sense at big schools.
